The device Info tab provides users with detailed information about the device. This includes the device name, serial, manufacturer, firmware version, registration date and other important identifiers. Users can also view information about the device's connectivity status and power usage.
In addition to these basic details, the Info tab may also display more advanced information about the device's functionality. This could include settings for customizing the device's behavior, such as adjusting the polling interval which instructs the device on how often it should communicate with the server.
The info tab is divided into several sections. Please refer below for details:’

The following are the available device settings:
-A unique identifier assigned to a noise sensor within the air quality monitoring system. This key is used to distinguish and manage data from multiple noise sensors across different locations in the cloud platform.**
**Polling Offset
The time delay or interval adjustment applied to sensor data polling schedules. This feature ensures that sensor data collection is staggered or optimized to prevent network overload, ensure system efficiency, or align with specific operational requirements.**
**Catch Up Rate
-The rate at which a sensor or system processes and synchronizes previously missed or delayed data to align with the current real-time data stream. This ensures accuracy and completeness of historical data without overwhelming the system.**
-The process of recording and storing detailed operational data from devices, including sensor readings, status updates, error logs, and diagnostics. Device logging enables performance tracking, troubleshooting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.**
